The Zambia Reports on May 6, 2015, published another imaginative story which tries to convince the readers that the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory is now owned by the Ventriglia family. The author tries his level best to convince people that the High Court has offered them this justice and has dismissed the claim which Finsbury Investments had placed earlier.
However, when it comes to relating matter with facts, the Ventriglias have completely forgotten that it is the same court whose inunctions was nonchalantly ignored on April 7 2015, when they were executing their ‘Mafia’ style takeover on the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory. As per the actual fact, the injunction’s hearing is due on Friday, May 8 2015. This is day when actual outcome would be given by Hon. Judge Mweemba.
Additionally, the Ventriglias should focus upon their money laundering affairs which at the moment amounts to more than US $ 40 million. Not to overlook their existing criminal charges and wicked nature of depriving the existing employees from their monthly salary.
