It is saddening to see that when you are bitten by the money bug, all ethics goes out of the window. The same has happened to Zambia Reports. The notorious news agency lost its credibility and authenticity long time ago. Now it has turned into a money-making business. Any individual or group who have personal revenge to fulfil and have money in their pockets can call Zambia Reports. The news channel in turn, publishes maligning news to defame their targets and fill up their pockets. For quite some time, Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani has been the target of ZR. As a result, we can see defamation campaigns on a monthly basis by ZR which are nothing but their routine activities to fulfil their quotas!
ZR has been carrying out this defamation campaign for a long time and as a result, they have become expert in creating fragmented stories. Just give them any news, and they will twist them to skim the story around one person- Dr. Rajan Mahtani. The concerning matter is that the news portal is shamelessly publishing maligning stories time after time, even after the backlash of locals and even some of other news channels. A similar situation occurred when Zambia Reports published the story of Lamsaat and BancABC to defame Dr. Rajan Mahtani. The call for repayment to Lamsaat by BancABC was completely routine work and would have been resolved if not for ZR. They took the story and under some fake writer’s name, blamed it on Dr. Rajan Mahtani.
The truth is, Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani is a respected businessman across Zambia. He is never bothered about the continuous attacks and maligning articles published. But these constant attacks disrupt the day-to-day activities of not only his business but also the people of Zambia. It is well known that the conspirators of Dr. Rajan Mahtani have no sympathy & care for the people of Zambia. But seeing Zambia Reports turn into one of these conspirators is unimaginable!
