The Ventriglias funded news portal, Zambia Reports has continued with its onslaught to defame the former Finance Bank Chairman, Dr. Rajan Mahtani. In their latest ‘imaginary’ story they had a hallucination that Dr. Mahtani had tried to bribe President Edgar Lungu through Brian Hapunda, the media director for PF.
The news was, once again, published with a view to harass Dr. Rajan Mahtani and provoke him into doing something irrational. Let’s remind Zambia Reports that they have constantly contradict themselves over and over again with their series of imaginative stories. Just few days back they had claimed that Dr. Mahtani had funded UNDP for the elections and had given the cadres with 6 ‘Toyota Pajaros’ to attack PF members. And now, they are claiming that a member of PF was working for Dr. Mahtani. What a masterstroke by the Ventriglia funded Zambia Reports!
It is becoming evident from the behaviour of Zambia Reports that they have become desperate to write rubbish against Dr. Rajan Mahtani. Numerous faceless writers contribute to the cause and each of them are under the pressure to come up with an interesting story which should look real. In this quest, they end up contradicting each other. As far as the honesty of Zambia Reports is considered, where were they when the Ventriglia family actually tried to tamper records at the Kitwe Office of PACRA? Where were the writers who claim themselves as the follower of truth when the Ventriglias shamelessly terminated workers from the factory? The truth is, they were buried deep under the pile of money which were given to them. The ears didn’t hear the cry of the poor workers and the eyes remained shut before to the event which took place in the Kitwe chapter of PACRA.
Zambia Reports should try to improve themselves first and become a guilt-free organization, rather than trying to create news over Dr. Rajan Mahtani.
