Conspirators Take Step Back After Finance Bank Wins Big At The SC

The Supreme Court of a nation is its highest court. It is expected to give truthful and fair judgement. People also think twice before challenging the judgement of the Supreme Court, no matter how important these are. Dr. Rajan Mahtani is no doubt counted among the most respected and celebrated businessman across Zambia. One of the few international businessmen who successfully persuaded foreign investors to invest in this country, he is also an honest individual. This is also the reason why Dr. Rajan Mahtani has never engaged in fights with his conspirators, no matter how ridiculous and fake their conspiracies and defamation campaigns are.

Simaata

The latest events have made his conspirators more cautious. While these conspirators have been very frequent in spreading rumors, it is seen that they have stopped their activities now. Finance Bank with support from Dr. Rajan Mahtani has successfully sued Simaata Simaata at the Supreme Court of Zambia. The case is national news and the results of the case are also known. Simaata was a previous employee of Finance Bank. He had signed an agreement with the bank. However, he did not hold his end of the bargain and broke the contract terms at several occasions. He gave wrongful testimonials regarding the bank that disrupted its image and questioned its reputation. He also leaked sensitive documents at local newspapers, causing loss for the bank and its clients. All these activities prompted Finance Bank and Dr. Mahtani to take the matters to law and case was launched at the Supreme Court Zambia.

The verdict from the court is known to all. Simaata was charged guilty. As per the SC judges, “Betrayal of compromises and settlements is a tragedy that only evidence diminished integrity. All circumstances considered, we are satisfied that the respondent (Simataa) did in fact breach clause 5 of the Settlement Agreement.” Nation has rejoiced with this victory as the true conspirators of the nation were charged guilty.
