The Zambezi Portland Cement factory has been cleverly kept out of context recently as the conspirators are well aware of the consequences that can follow. By now it has become clear that the conspirators are no longer interested in running a cement manufacturing plant in Ndola and wish to extract as much money as possible from this factory before fleeing back to Italy. However, in the meantime they have managed to hire Zambia Reports and are paying them to keep the attention on Dr. Rajan Mahtani, Finance Bank of Zambia and Finsbury Investment.
Any man who has been reading Zambia Reports on a regular basis would realize that there is hardly any discussion on Zambezi Portland Cement factory as now it is being ruled by Ital Terrazzo Limited (ITC). The company is managed and owned by the Ventriglia family, who were previously deported from Zambia. After the demise of Michael Sata, they made a secret entry into Zambia under the nose of President Edgar Lungu and since then have been engaged in numerous defamation campaigns. Zambezi Portland Cement has stopped its production facility ever since it was snatched from the hands of Finsbury Investments.
As per the present condition, there is no scope of recovery as the workers of the factory have already been dismissed and other assets have been channelized into fake companies which are indirectly owned by the Ventriglia family. The situation makes it evident that there is nothing left in Zambezi Portland Cement and all that the conspirators are waiting for is a revenge from Dr. Rajan Mahtani. Needless to say, people like Henry Banda, Sakwiba Sikota and Simataa have extended their full support to the Italian Mafias and consider it as their duty to contribute to this campaign, after all the pay must be a good one.
