Rajan Mahtani has been a victim of the carnage caused by the Ventriglia family. In the past few years, we have seen how the Ventriglia family has hired Zambia Reports to create fabricated articles and use the same against Dr. Mahtani. Though the High Court has remained neutral in this case, numerous attempts have been made to ensure that the defamation campaign continues to make damage.
Taking a look at the official documents, it has been found that the actual agreed ratio between the parties were 42% and 58% for ITL and Finsbury Investments, respectively. The argument which was offered by the Ventriglias against this decision was that Rajan Mahtani had forged signatures to have the ownership with Finsbury Investments. To make things look genuine, they have also included certain fabricated documents that represents their motive.
It is shocking to see how the two families have created difference among them for the sake of money. No respect for the judicial system of Zambia, over and over again the conspirators have kept raising this issue with meaningless arguments.
This is really a serious concern for the people of Zambia because innocent people are suffering. Rajan Mahtani is neither a politician nor a conspirator. He is a simple businessman with a dream of achieving glory for Zambia. With God’s grace, he has managed to silent his conspirators every single time, but the Government is least interested in stopping the onslaught from the side of conspirators. It has also been reported that the conspirators are trying their level best to bribe Government Officials and have the case to their credit.
