In 2014, this bank was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company because the bank intended to raise a fund of US $ 250 million through share trading.

The factory has produced 4, 73, 985 tonnes of cement for the year 2014 which includes an additional of 100, 000 tonnes of cement as surplus.
