The Finance Bank Zambia Plc, formerly known as Finance Bank Zambia, has now gained the status of a public limited company as it gets ready to get listed on the Lusaka Stock Exchange (LuSE). The business tycoon, Dr. Rajan Mahtani presides over the Chairman’s seat and has plenty to share in this regard. His bank will be initially listed on the Lusaka Stock Exchange and later on will also be listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange.
