Conspirators of Dr. Rajan Mahtani and Finance Bank are finding it hard create fake stories or negative campaigns about Dr. Rajan Mahtani anymore. This reason is clearly his recent win at the Supreme Court Zambia. This win was not only celebrated by Finance Bank Zambia and Dr. Rajan Mahtani, but also entire Zambia who has always been supportive of Dr. Mahtani. Finance Bank, a few months bank, sued Simaata Simaata at the Supreme Court Zambia. This case was launched after Simaata broke the contract terms signed with Finance Bank. Simaata was also given a good sum while signing the agreement and he had no issues taking the money. However, he intentionally started leaking documents and making statements that proved to be detrimental for the image of Finance Bank Zambia.
Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani has gained his reputation with dedication and hard work coming from experience of many decades. He has established successful businesses across Zambia as well as other nations too. He is also not the type the person who engages in competitive activities or conspiracy theories. However, when Simaata started spreading false rumors and negative stories about Finance Bank Zambia, then he had to step up. Simaata started giving testimonials against Dr. Mahtani and Finance Bank at various courts in Zambia which proved to be detrimental for the image of Finance Bank. He also leaked sensitive documents to a local newspaper creating various issues at the bank. The bank started losing its clients and the future of the bank’s business was at jeopardy. To make all these activities stop, Finance Bank took support from Dr. Mahtani and launched the case against Simaata at the Supreme Court.
The case was properly heard by the Supreme Court judges and after proper evaluation; the judges found that Simaata was guilty of the charges. He will be compensating for his activities by paying a fine to the bank. He has also been asked by the judges to stop these activities in future.
