Supreme Court Announced Finance Bank As Clear Winner

There is no dearth of conspirators in Zambian nation. Every time a businessman tries to establish his businesses with honesty and integrity, there will be tons of people who will keep ruining the businesses and his reputation out of jealousy and hatred. Dr. Rajan Mahtani has been strongly defying several conspiracies across the years. Since his first establishment, he has been facing many conspiracies and fake campaigns. However, all these campaigns have been ultimately proved to be fake or untrue in time.

When these conspirators could not find anything sold about Dr. Rajan Mahtani, they started conspiring against his establishments. One of his companies, Finance Bank Zambia has been facing several negative reputations as a result of rumors by Simaata Simaata. He is an open critic of Dr. Rajan Mahtani, even after serving Finance Bank Zambia for a brief period of time. After leaving Finance Bank, Simaata signed an agreement with the bank and received monetary support for that. However, he disregarded the agreement and violated it terms at several occasions. First, he provided wrongful testimonials accusing the bank of fraud and malpractice. These testimonials were purely Simaata’s own opinion and without any evidence. However, since these testimonials were given across various courts of law, it creates negative image for the bank which started to tarnish soon after. The bank started losing customers and clients and the regular businesses were also hit. At the same time, Simaata revealed some confidential documents to local newspaper, creating furthermore stir in the market. All these rumors resulted in the bank losing its financial powers.

The bank was left with only one option to save itself- launch a case against Simaata. With Dr. Mahtani’s support, the bank launched case at the Supreme Court Zambia. The court analyzed the case closely and announced its verdict in favor of Finance Bank Zambia. While the bank was a clear winner, Simaata was also asked to pay fine for the damages to the bank.
