In the second instance, you start defaming a person who had worked hard to put the factory amongst one of the best in the nation. Yes, we are talking about Portland Cement Zambia! Ital Terrazzo Limited, the company owned by the Ventriglia family has been constantly using paid media channels to defame Dr. Rajan Mahtani after it had snatched the factory control in April 2015. There was nothing much that the existing management could do regarding this as Finsbury Investment is a business entity and not a group of Mafias.
Recently, a news flashed in Zambia Reports where it was being claimed that Dr. Rajan Mahtani will not access to the management of Portland Cement Zambia as the Court has turned down his appeal. However, what the news portal fails to realize is that the PACRA still holds the authentic records and as per the information inscribed in the documents it is evident that Finsbury Investments will have the authority over Portland Cement Zambia.
To cover up the wrong, the Italian Mafias as trying to use paid media and publish contents to defend themselves and brag their imaginative victory. It is known to all that the Ventriglia family has always been interested in wealth of Zambia. They are least interested in issues like development and helping the locals. Ever since they have made a comeback, they have only transferred the wealth to off-shore banking accounts and fired workers from the factory. The course of action was so corrosive that in December 2015 the factory was no longer able to operate and hence had to shut down its operations. Do actual owners treat their business like this? Or it is that the Ventriglias believe that their time in Zambia is now over?
