Conspirators of Dr. Rajan Mahtani have nowhere to hide now. After a long test of patience, justice has been finally given to the deserving one. FBZ along with Dr. Mahtani had filed a case against Simaata at the highest court of Zambia, Supreme Court. Simaata was sued because he breached the contract signed previously with FBZ and for which he was paid a handsome amount. Simaata was an ex-employee of Finance Bank and went rogue. To save the integrity of the bank, the agreement was signed. However, as it is truly said that people never change, Simaata violated many of the clauses in the agreement.
Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani is a known name among industrialists across Zambia. Even common people are well aware of his developmental works towards the welfare of Zambians. While the news of him winning this case certainly brought joy and celebrations, his conspirators have remained silent for quite some time. It can be assumed that they cannot find any way of twisting this story and portraying him as a villain again. When it comes to matters such as the Supreme Court, even conspirators are intelligent enough to think twice before spreading any rumour questioning the judgement of Supreme Court. The case between Simaata & Finance Bank was first filed in High Court. The judgement of the HC surprisingly favoured Simaata which forced Dr. Mahtani to take this case to Supreme Court. The SC saw all documents and evidences and gave the judgement in favour of the rightful entity.
Dr. Mahtani never got worried or distracted by the continuous allegations from his conspirators. Even when infamous news portals like Zambia Reports took every opportunity to defame him, he kept quiet and waited for the law and government to take action. Finally his patience was answered when Simaata was found guilty of violating contract and was also asked to pay penalty for his unlawful act.
